Pickling and passivation of stainless steel are generally operated with pickling and passivation solution, which can be configured by itself, and nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and corrosion inhibitor can be configured.

Inspection and requirements are:

(1) After pickling and passivation, stainless steel shall not be corroded, and there shall be no obvious corrosion traces and obvious spots. If there are welding places, the joint surface shall not have oxidation color.

(2) The passivation film shall be inspected by the blue dot method, but it shall not be carried out on the surface in contact with the medium. If there is no blue dot on the test paper or solution, it indicates that it is qualified.
