Lattice column steel support is a common support system in rail transit. When the width of foundation pit is greater than 21m, intermediate support column and steel coupling beam structure need to be set to ensure the stability of steel support system.
The traditional middle support column is a lattice column composed of four angle steel and steel plate. The steel coupling beam is connected by two channel steel and steel plate, and the channel steel of the steel coupling beam is perpendicular to the steel support structure. Usually, the channel steel of the steel coupling beam is pasted and welded on the angle steel on both sides of the lattice column. However, in practical engineering, it often occurs that the side of lattice column is not parallel to the steel coupling beam and has a certain angle deflection. In this case, the steel coupling beam cannot be well fixed on the side of lattice column by welding, which will greatly increase the potential safety hazards of deep foundation pit engineering.
